Due to Proclamation No. 201, signed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on 14 April 2023, declaring 21 April 2023 as a regular holiday in observance of Eid’l Fitr, and to ensure the timeliness of the procurement process for the project stated above, please be informed that the Pre-Bid Conference has been rescheduled from 21 April 2023, Friday, 9:30 a.m., to 20 April 2023, Thursday, 9:30 a.m., via face-to-face and Microsoft Teams.
