BOHOL—The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) led by its Acting Executive Director Ludovico D. Badoy, will turn over three completed restoration projects to the Local Government Units of Bohol.
The NHCP will turn over the completed restoration projects: the Jose Rizal Monument in Loon and the Kuta Buildings in Corella on 14 December 2016. The Jose Rizal Monument will be turned over and received by Loon Mayor Elvi Relampagos. The event will be witnessed by Vice Mayor Llyod Peter M. Lopez. At 4:00 p.m., the Kuta Buildings will be turned over to Corella Mayor Jose Nicanor Tocmo. The event will be witnessed by Vice Mayor Asuncion B. Daquio.
The restored Pamilacan Watch Tower will be turned over on 15 December, 10:00 a.m., at Pamilacan Island. The Pamilacan Watch Tower will be received by Mayor Benecio Uy, and witnessed by Bohol Governor Edgar Chatto and Brgy. Captain Crispo Veleroso. Governor Chatto will deliver a message for the event.
