Pinaglabanan Shrine, San Juan City – President Rodrigo Roa Duterte will lead the wreath-laying ceremonies at the Spirit of Pinaglabanan Monument, Pinaglabanan Shrine, San Juan City on 30 November 2021, 8:00 a.m. in commemoration of the 158th birth anniversary of Andres Bonifacio with the theme, “Bonifacio 2021: Uniting for the Safety and Wellness of the Nation.”
National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) Chairman Rene R. Escalante, and Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff LTGEN Andres C Centino PA will join President Duterte in the wreath-laying ceremony. Witnesses to the ceremony are Cabinet Secretary and Acting Spokesperson Karlo Alexei Nograles, and San Juan City Mayor Francisco Javier M. Zamora.
Mayor Zamora will deliver his welcome remarks followed by the message of NHCP Chairman Escalante, and the introduction of the guest of honor by Cabinet Secretary Nograles. The program will highlight the message of President Duterte.
The event also features the opening of the El Deposito Underground Reservoir at the NHCP-Museo El Deposito, and a Diorama Exhibit on the Battle of San Juan Del Monte at the NHCP-Museo ng Katipunan.
