The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), through the Government Appropriation Act 2020 (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Php 9,476,576.77 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for:  Restoration of Santa Maria Church (Nuestra Señora dela Asuncion Church) Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur 

   Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NHCP now invites bids for Restoration of Santa Maria Church (Nuestra Señora dela Asuncion Church). Completion of the Works is 240 calendar days.
