1.             The National Historical Commission of the Philippines, through the 2023 General Appropriates Act intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱3,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of New Airconditioning units and Repair/Relocation and Reinstallation of Existing Airconditioning units at NHCP Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Please be informed of the following information and clarifications:

  1. Clarifications on Clause 5.3, paragraph (a), subsection (ii) of the Bid Documents are as follows:
  • The word “product offering” refers the final product (i.e., Property Management Information System software and all peripheral hardware components) to be submitted by the winning bidder within the duration of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days, or approximately six (6) months.
  • The purpose of the demonstration is to show the Bidder’s capability to undertake the project by demonstrating a Property / Asset / Stock and Inventory Management Software which they have previously provided and implemented in another government agency or private entity. It is to be understood that this Software will be used as a baseline or working framework on which other features required under Section VII shall be added.
  • The Bidder’s product offering shall be considered “compliant” to the Technical Specifications if it satisfies the following conditions:
