The National Historical Commission of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required two hundred forty (240) calendar days. The bidder must have an experience of having completed a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) on Restoration of Unreinforced Masonry. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

Please be informed of the following information and clarifications:
- To clarify the submission of testing result based on page 32 of the PBD stated on number 4 of the technical specification, you may use the same testing result submitted during your accreditation if it is still valid.
- It is reminded that each page of your bidding documents is signed by your authorized representative.
- Please see attached BOQ to be filled in with the price per piece and total amount and be included in the financial bid proposal. Also, do not modify any quantity as this will lead to disqualification of bid.
- On page 27 of the PBD under Schedule of Requirements of the 1st To clarify, the Sailors’ rope dimensions are 16 mm x 720 ft and 10 mm x 720 ft. Two of each are required.
