6. The National Historical Commission of the Philippines will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 08 August 2024, 9:30 A.M. at 4/F Board Room, Multipurpose Hall, NHCP Building, T.M. Kalaw Avenue, Ermita, Manila and/or through video conferencing or webcasting via Microsoft Teams, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
