Resolution No. 06, S. 1995 – Declaring Fort San Felipe in Cavite City as a National Historical Site
Resolution No. 05, S. 1995 – Declaring the Birthplace of Claro M. Recto in Tiaong, Quezon as a National Historical Site.

Resolution No. 1, S. 1992 – Declaring the Don Paciano Rizal House in Los Banos, Laguna and the improvements thereon, including the accretion land, as National Historical Shrine.

Resolution No. 10, S. 1991 – Resolution Designating Mrs. Simeona V. De Guzman as Acting Cashier of the National Historical Institute in view of the Terminal Leave and Compulsary retirement from the service of Incumbent Cashier III, Miss Lilia S. Barateta.
