BID BULLETIN NO. 1

This Bid Bulletin is issued to modify, amend or clarify items in the issued Bidding Documents for the project:

1. Project Title: Restoration of St. Joseph Parish Church (Phase 2) in Barcelona, Sorsogon

Please be informed of the following changes:

1. Item no. 12 of the Scope of Work (Provision of Coffee Table Books and Technical Report) is no longer included.
2. Item no. 5.4(a) of Bid Data Sheet requiring the bidder must have experience on research, writing, editing and printing of coffee table book and technical report is no longer required.
3. The revised Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is P37,443,912.80.
