Please be informed of the following additional information and clarifications: 1. Below are revisions and clarifications made to the minimum technical specifications (Section VII of the Bidding Documents) of ICT equipment to be procured through this project, considering all requests and counter-offers raised by interested bidders during the Pre-Bid Conference held last 21 July 2021 as well as in writing thereafter (highlighted and underlined):
