WHEREAS, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines Bids and Awards Committee (NHCP-BAC) invited qualified bidders to bid for the Production of the Quincentennial Santo Niño Travelling Exhibit with the amount of Three Million Pesos (PHP 3,000,000.00);

WHEREAS, only one (1) company, GPRIELA Architecture and Design Studio submitted its bid documents;

WHEREAS, upon the opening of the technical and financial bids on 18 December 2020, the said company complied with all the financial and technical requirements with the bidding price of PHP 2, 998, 979.95;

WHEREAS, the NHCP Mancom is satisfied with the project proposal of GRIELA Architecture and Design Studio during its presentation on 18 December 2020;

WHEREAS, GPRIELA Architecture and Design Studio submitted the Single Calculated Responsive Bid Proposal;

NOW THEREFORE, upon unanimous decision and approval of the NHCP-BAC during its 21 December 2020 deliberation, be it

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the award of contract for the Production of the Quincentennial First Navigation Travelling Exhibit be made in favor of GPRIELA Architecture and Design Studio with the amount of PHP 2, 998, 979.95;
