WHEREAS, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines Bids and Awards Committee (NHCP-BAC) invited qualified bidders to bid for the Production of a Documentary Titled Kaagi: The Philippines and the First Circumnavigation with the amount with the amount of Two Million Pesos (PHP 2,000,000.00);

WHEREAS, only one (1) company, Project V Media Corporation submitted its bid documents;

WHEREAS, upon the opening of the technical and financial bids on 23 November 2020 and 1 December 2020 respectively, the said company complied with all the financial and technical requirements with the bidding price of PHP 1,971, 200.00;

WHEREAS, the NHCP Mancom is satisfied with the project proposal of Project V Media Corporation during its presentation on 25 November 2020;

WHEREAS, Project V Media Corporation submitted the Single Calculated Responsive Bid Proposal;

NOW THEREFORE, upon unanimous decision and approval of the NHCP-BAC during its 7 December 2020 deliberation, be it

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the award of contract for the Production of a Documentary Titled Kaagi: The Philippines and the First Circumnavigation be made in favor of Project V Media Corporation with the amount of PHP 1,971,200.00;
