This Bid Bulletin is issued to modify, amend or clarify items in the issued Bidding Documents for the following project:
- Supply, Delivery, Configuration and Installation of Structured Cabling, Network Attached Storage and Server for the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP)
Please be informed of the following information and clarifications:
- The Pre-Bid Conference for the aforementioned procurement activity, originally scheduled on 13 December 2022 (Tuesday) at 9:30 AM, is hereby rescheduled on 1:30 PM of the same day, and will be conducted via online videoconferencing using the Microsoft Teams application. Bidders who intend to attend the Pre-Bid Conference are advised to send an e-mail expressing their intent to participate at bacnhcp2020@gmail.com so that the Secretariat may send them the link to the virtual meeting room.
