Resolution No.   1 s. 2017

 

RECOMMENDING THE DECLARATION OF FAILURE OF BIDDING FOR THE RESTORATION OF IVATAN HOUSE, UVOY, MAHATAO, BATANES

 

The  National  Historical  Commission  of  the  Philippines  Bids and  Awards  Committee (NHCP-BAC) invited qualified companies to bid for the Restoration  of lvatan House, Uvoy, Mahatao, Batanes with a total ABC of P3,719,000.00 through its advertisements on PhilGEPS, Phiilppine Daily Inquirer, NHCP premises and NHCP Web on December 13-20, 2016.

WHEREAS, Section 35.1.a of R.A. 9184 Implementing Rules and Regulations states that the BAC shall declare the bidding failure when no bids received;

NOW THEREFORE, upon unanimous decision and approval of the NHCP-BAC during its January 3, 2017 deliberation, be it

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the bidding for the Restoration of lvatan House, Uvoy, Mahatao, Batanes be declared a failure.  Consequently, the BAC shall conduct a re-bidding and reposting of the said project.
